Yep September and the accompanying change in weather has arrived- not quite sure how- as the months just seem to be slipping away.
But its nice to see the changing season has brought colour to the hedgerows with the ripening berries- on my walk home from work the other night i picked a few sprigs to take home with me.
Plus a few conkers found their way into my pocket as well- old habits die hard!
The apple tree on the allotment is laden with fruit this year and they are extremely tasty!
Just wish the sun would stick around a little bit longer- im not quite ready for the darker evenings!
